Some buildings are just buildings.

Others hold decades of memories.

For generations of people in St. George, this space was tied to weddings, anniversaries, corsages, funerals, Valentine’s Day bouquets, apology flowers, and milestone moments through the longtime legacy of Cameo Florist.

And now, after an 18-month transformation, it begins a new chapter as the new headquarters for The Larkin Group at Legacy Corner.

A Building With History

If you’ve lived in Southern Utah long enough, chances are you’ve walked through these doors before.

Maybe you bought flowers here.

Maybe you attended a wedding reception here.

Maybe it was your wedding.

That history mattered deeply throughout the renovation process. The goal wasn’t simply to modernize the building—it was to preserve the feeling of the place while creating something functional, welcoming, and lasting for the future.

18 Months From Vision to Completion

What began as a building purchase eventually turned into a full-scale labor of love.

From concept to completion, the transformation took roughly 18 months and involved a huge collaborative effort between designers, contractors, artists, and local creatives who helped bring the vision to life.

Owner Jeremy Larkin describes the finished result as far more than an office space—it’s intended to feel like a gathering place rooted in community, creativity, and Southern Utah identity.

More Than a Real Estate Office

Legacy Corner reflects something bigger than real estate.

It reflects the belief that places matter.

That local history matters.

And that investing in a community should mean more than simply selling homes inside it.

The building stands as a blend of old St. George and new St. George—honoring the past while embracing what’s next.
